Return and Refund Policy

No refunds on worn or washed items.

In the event that you receive an order with missing or defective items you must notify AidakXPLLC within  3 days of receiving the item. 

All returns must be in original packaging with all stickers and tags attached.

AidakXPLLC (We) are not responsible for lost parcels. 

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, the responsible for that parcel transfer to the carrier.  Please track parcels , report any and all discrepancies or issues to the respective shipping carrier.

Please check orders prior to check out. Please ensure that any promotional codes or coupons are successful applied and is correct at the time of checkout. 

AidakXPLLC will not be responsible for codes not being entered, mistaken or forgotten on your part.
